Excellent connectivity to primary freight routes and highways by heavy trucks too

M0 highway, which is the ring road circling Budapest, is just 2,2 kilometers far away from the Park. Here you can access the busiest south section of the ring road connecting the M1-M5 highways to each other. This ring road is of primary importance due to the fact that it integrates the radial highways and motorways into the national system. 

Smooth traffic connection to downtown Budapest

The main road, which provides fast and simple connection with the city center for trucks, is only 900 meters away. From the logistics park the St Gellért square is 10 kilometers, the Kálvin square 11 kilometers, while the Deák square, the very center of Budapest, is just 14 kilometers far. The neighboring Háros street offers easy access to Road 7 and the affluent District 12, western Budapest area.

Public transportation

There are 5 bus lines connecting the Park, besides others, directly with the M4 underground. The bus stop is situated right at the entrance of the Park. The bike route, which runs next to the Park, represents a safe option to commute for cyclists.

Upgrading the Park - 2020 June

After the acquisition of BudafokOne the new owner indicated its aspiration to upgrade the Park and make it more sustainable. This program started in September last year. Besides others, the replacement of the lights in common areas to efficient LED lighting, the improvement of the security system, the replacement of the main entry system to an automatic license plate recognition system, the new intra park traffic and parking system, significant landscaping to turn the logistics center more “green”, and the construction of outdoor leisure and meeting points are the results of the team’s efforts.

Next to the grade “A” modern warehouses in the Park, there is one office building and one warehouse unit at the main entrance that were built in the socialism. The redesign concept of these buildings was done by D55 Architect Studio. The reconstruction plans – which will not only upgrade the buildings to today’s standards, but also secure an attractive and unique appearance to the Park – gained a strong support of the chief architect of Budafok and the chief architect of Budapest, too. The construction is scheduled to take place in 2021.
